1. Downtown Revitalization

    The City of Forney Economic Development Corporation is in the process of revitalizing several buildings to house destination businesses in an effort to spark revitalization for the entire district.

  2. Forney Business Park

    Over 150 acres surround the Steve Silver Company, a 600,000-square-foot global warehouse / distribution center. Some privately-owned sites on the northeast of the park are shovel ready and have access to FM 548 and U.S. Highway 80.

  3. Forney Marketplace

    Forney's neighborhood area of 40,000 people, surrounded by over 200,000 in a 15 minute drive-time come to Forney as their destination for regional shopping.

  4. Gateway

    Forney’s new $23 million “Gateway Bridge” over U.S. 80 connects 660 acres of prime property north of the highway with 1,400 acres to its south. Master-planned by Petro-Hunt, LLC, Gateway is available for retail, residential, and commercial development.
