  1. Pay a Utility Bill

    Utility payments may be made by check, money order, credit card or automatic bank draft.

  2. Trash Services

    Trash service is part of your utility services and is started at the time of application for utilities. Trash service is included in your monthly utility bill from the city.

  3. Recycling

    Recycling is collected on Wednesday along with regular household trash and should be placed at your front curb in the recycling bin no later than 7 a.m.

  5. 50/50 Sidewalk Assistance Program

    The 50/50 Sidewalk Assistance Program is offered to property owners in the City of Forney to replace or repair existing sidewalks throughout the city used for public pedestrian access.

  7. Smart Controller Program

    The Smart Controller Program allows homeowners to register their smart irrigation controllers with the city. Once your smart controller is registered with Forney, your properly functioning system can irrigate without watering day restrictions but, no watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
