Sign (Permanent) Permit Form

There are two major steps in obtaining a permit sign permit. The first involves filling and completing the Sign (Permanent) Permit Application along with the submission of all necessary plans and specifications through the Sign (Permanent) Permit FormAt the bottom of the permit form, there will an area where residents will pay for the permit. Permanent sign permits vary in price depending on the size of the sign. Prices range from $80 for signs smaller than 50 sq. ft., to $210 for signs larger than 100 sq. ft. 


Once the application is complete, interested parties will attach the completed application, specs and plans, to the form below, which will then take the applicant to a website where payment for the permit can be processed. To insure your permit is granted in the quickest time possible, please be sure to read all instructions and attach all necessary documents. Prior to being able to do business, all businesses must obtain a Certificate of OccupancyIf you do not have a Certificate of Occupancy, you may complete the application linked above, then fill out the Certificate of Occupancy Form. A Certificate of Occupancy, which is good for an entire year, is $106 and can be paid online as well. 



Required Documents include:
  • For commercial projects, submit 3 sets of plans and specifications.
  • A plot plan, for each copy of plans and specification must be submitted with all construction documents.
