In the Loop: Mobile App

The City of Forney is excited to announce the launch of "In the Loop", a new mobile app for residents to submit service requests through their smartphones and online. Residents can also access important City information through in-app tools like Forney News, and connect with the City through social media accounts. The new app will also allow City staff to comment on service requests, and provide residents with real-time updates through the PublicStuff platform.

As an important part of the community, we invite you to join us in raising awareness about "In the Loop" among other residents. As more of the community adopt our new platform, we hope to leverage it as a means to improve transparency, communication, and service delivery throughout the City. To help us spread the word, encourage your friends and family to download the app through both the iTunes and Googe Play app stores. Residents can find the app by searching various terms including, "Forney, Texas", "Forney In the Loop", "Forney Publicstuff", or "City of Forney app".
