The Forney Fire Department, in partnership with the Forney Independent School District Air Force JROTC, Forney Lions Club, NFHS and FHS student councils, Dollar General and Kaufman County Constables Office are conducting their annual “Toys for Forney Kids” toy drive benefitting children in our community. What began as a small-scale toy collection process has evolved into a well-organized event that has provided hundreds of children in Forney with toys during the holiday season.

Residents will be able to donate and drop-off toys for the campaign at a number of locations throughout the City including Forney High School, 1800 College Ave.; North Forney High School, 6170 Falcon Way; American National Bank, 401 Pinson Rd.; Central Fire Station, 104 E. Aimee St.; Station No. 2, 980 Reeder Ln.; Dollar General, 410 W. Broad St.; City Bank, 771 E. US Highway 80; Forney Sub Courthouse, 200 E. Main St.; City Hall, 101 E. Main St. Donations will be accepted during normal working hours at each location through December 21. All toys should be in their original packaging without gift wrapping.
