To report a water meter leak, please call 972-564-7304 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To request emergency water turn-off or to report a water service line leak, water main break, fire hydrant leak, clogged or overflowing sewer main during regular business hours, please call 972-564-7340 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.


If you need to request emergency services after hours or over the weekend or holiday, you can call Police Dispatch at 972-564-7600. An emergency is defined as a danger to life, health or property.
